Operation & Maintenance Technician (Central)

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for all electrical systems in the solar PV plant to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance system health.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on solar PV systems, including DC and LV components and connections.
Attend to electrical breakdowns related to solar PV systems, initiating fault diagnosis and corrective actions.
Establish and maintain proper documentation and records through the provided channels for all corrective and preventive maintenance.
Supervise and monitor any work related to the solar PV system performed by appointed contractors.
Provide inspection reports, preventive maintenance reports, and any product warranty claim reports, including for inverters, PV modules, data loggers, etc.
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual operating reports detailing information about electricity production, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, inspection results, manufacturer-recommended services...
