Job Title:
Operation Management Trainee
Summary:
To walk through supply chain and learn how to ensure safe and stable operations to fulfill business needs, and continuously improve EHS, quality, productivity, cost in responsible area through CI methodology and project execution during 2 years’ trainee period with rotations.
Responsibilities Include:
Learn required knowledge and subjects to complete 2-year trainee assignmentsand pass final evaluation
Rotate in different production line or functions based on business needs
Assist Manager/senior engineer to maintain safe and stable production operations
Assist Manager/senior engineer to set and achieve functional goals in EHS/quality/schedule attainment/productivity/cost, etc.
