Job Description

  1. Team Leadership & Management

  2. Lead, supervise and manage the Operations team

  3. Assign tasks, set priorities and monitor work progress of the operations team
  4. Review operational reports and provide direction for improvements
  5. Conduct performance evaluation and provide coaching and guidance
  6. Recommend disciplinary action, confirmation and promotion of team members

  7. Coordinate manpower planning together with HR Department

  8. Multi-Outlet Operations Control

  9. Oversee daily operations across assigned outlets

  10. Conduct regular outlet inspections and operational audits
  11. Ensure compliance with SOP, service standards and brand requirements
  12. Support Outlet PICs in handling operational issues and customer complaints

  13. Ensure smooth coordination between outlets and HQ
