Operation Manager (Central Region)

Responsibilities

• Assist Headquarter to handle day-to-day Company affairs as well as executing task and business plan to the group.
• Collaborate with Headquarter to define the organization vision, mission and goals. To formulate strategic objective, initiatives and action plans to achieve them.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, department head as well external partners to gather input, build consensus and align strategies with organization goals.
• To handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
• In charge of full spectrum of sales, customer service, operations and P&L control with clear mandate of generating business growth in local market.
