Role Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager to run day-to-day construction and business operations, oversee tender selection and estimating accuracy, manage project delivery and budgets, act as lead contact for clients and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, negotiate contracts, attend key project meetings, recruit and develop staff, and drive continuous improvement while supporting strategic relationships across the business.
