Job Description

Strategic Planning:  Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring alignment with company goals for production, quality, and delivery. 
Process Optimization:  Use engineering principles (Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, reduce waste, and boost productivity. 
Team Leadership:  Manage, train, and motivate engineering and operations teams; oversee staffing, performance, and development. 
Maintenance & Facilities:  Supervise maintenance schedules, repairs, and facility upkeep, potentially directing contractors and engineers. 
Quality & Compliance:  Implement quality control, ensure adherence to safety (H&S), environmental, and industry regulations. 
Budget & Resources:  Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
