Operations Manager

Location: Newbury | Salary: £45,000-£50,000 DOE | Hours: Mon-Fri, alt. Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations across all sites
• Full accountability for operational, financial, safety & environmental performance
• Manage senior site teams, recruitment, and performance
• Oversee budgets, expenditures, and P&L
• Ensure robust resource planning and scheduling
• Champion Health & Safety and compliance
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement
• Produce operational reports for senior leadership

Requirements

• WAMITAB Level 4 & CPC Managers Qualification
• GM/Operations Director experience in waste/recycling/industrial
• Strong financial/commercial management, multi-site leadership
