Operation Manager (Hotel Finance)

Bottom line? We’re looking for an **Operation Manager** at **Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong** comfortable with balancing the books when it comes to managing the needs of owners, auditors and regulatory agencies while also monitoring and improving hotel profitability, providing full support to Director of Finance & Business Support.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Working as an important member of hotel pre-opening team and assisting in building your future finance team and culture.
+ Monitoring and controlling new system implementations including general ledger, property management system, points of sales system, procurement system, to name but a few.
+ Implementing and maintaining high standard accounting practices and procedures as required by InterContinental Hotels Group Policy, USALI, and HKFRS.
