Operations Manager – Job Scope

• Oversee and manage overall company operations on a daily basis
• Ensure smooth coordination between Management, Designers, Sales, and Operations teams
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work discipline
• Manage workflow, task allocation, and operational timelines
• Coordinate design, sales, and project handover processes
• Ensure all departments follow company policies, SOPs, and standards
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions promptly
• Monitor project progress and resolve delays
• Prepare basic operational and performance reports for management
• Support management in planning and executing company strategies
• Ensure quality control and continuous improvement of operations
• Handle any other operational matters as assigned by director or chairman.
