Operations & Production Management

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily aquaculture operations including farm, feeding, hatchery, grading, grow-out, water quality monitoring or processing activities depending on business scope.
• Ensure production targets related to stock growth, survival rate, feed conversion ratio and harvest schedules, growth performance is met according to SOPs.
• Manage, develop and implement operational schedules to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of production and harvest activities.
• To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required and consistent with the scope of the position or assigned by the Company.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance targets.
