As a Operations Manager (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead operational performance and enhance the overall patient experience
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing and collaborative team
• Monitor and drive clinical excellence through key clinical KPIs
• Oversee financial, HR, and quality performance indicators
• Optimise resource allocation to improve workflow efficiency, service quality, and productivity
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with doctors and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Development to execute strategic growth initiatives
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any field of studies
