Operation Manager (Landscape Maintenance)

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the full spectrum of Client’s Landscape Maintenance Team daily operations, ensuring smooth project execution, high-quality service delivery, and strong client satisfaction.
• Responsible for managing operational teams, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and driving operational excellence across all landscape, arboriculture, and horticulture service projects.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Accounts, and CRS teams to ensure resources are aligned and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest service standards. You will play a crucial role in supporting business growth through operational efficiency, staff development, and continuous improvement.
