Cleaning Equipment Management

• Oversee inventory, maintenance, and safe usage of cleaning equipment such as:
• Floor scrubbers, polishers, and vacuum cleaners.
• Pressure washers and carpet extractors.
• Mops, buckets, and microfiber systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is serviced regularly.
• Train staff on proper handling to avoid damage and ensure efficiency.

Chemical Usage & Safety

• Manage procurement and stock levels of cleaning chemicals (detergents, disinfectants, floor polish, degreasers).
• Ensure compliance with OSHA / local safety regulations for chemical storage and handling.
• Train staff on dilution ratios, application methods, and PPE (gloves, masks, goggles).
• Implement eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning solutions where possible.
