About the role

Southern Arms Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our hotel in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the hotel, from guest services to facilities management. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Cagayan de Oro.

What you’ll be doing

1. Manage and oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
2. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
3. Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency and profitability
4. Manage and lead a team of department heads and supervisors
