Operation Manager (PT Wuxi Campus)

As Operation Manager you are responsible for the daily management of the plant operation, including production, planning, logistic and infrastructure, develop the activities to keep operation in safety, sustainable and LEAN, achieve all production KPIs and goals.

1. You will fully embrace the Safety First vision and culture and continue to improve the performance of the product company.
2. Secure short, reliable and sustainable order lead times with minimum inventory, maximum availability and lowest operating cost to meet customer needs.
