Operation Manager

What you'll do:

•Assist Headquarter to handle day-to-day Company affairs as well as executing task and business plan to the group.

•Collaborate with Headquarter to define the organization vision, mission and goals. To formulate strategic objective, initiatives and action plans to achieve them.

•Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, department head as well external partners to gather input, build consensus and align strategies with organization goals.

•To handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

•Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.

•In charge of full spectrum of sales, customer service, operations and P&L control with clear mandate of generating business growth in local market.
