URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SAUDI ARABIA

*15+ years (Min 5 years in multi-rig unconventional drilling leadership)

Leads multi-rig unconventional drilling operations. Responsible for overall performance, cost control, manpower planning, KPI monitoring, client coordination, and full operational compliance across rigs*

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 2000–3000 HP high-spec AC drilling rig experience mandatory

 Proven experience in unconventional/horizontal / pad drilling

 Strong Top Drive System (TDS) operational experience

 Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control certification (Driller & above mandatory)

 Strong well control knowledge and safety compliance record

 GCC experience mandatory

 Rotation: 35 Days On / 35 Days Off (Equal Pay Structure)
