Job Description

  1. Support the CEO in overseeing the company’s end-to-end operational processes to ensure fulfilment targets and business objectives are consistently met.
  2. Lead and manage operations team including inbound shipments (imports) , customs clearance, freight forwarders, outbound logistics (including local delivery, distribution to customers, last-mile delivery) and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Oversee inventory control (including order fulfilment, stock management and inventory forecast), warehouse layout, storage optimization, and stock accuracy.
  4. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade documentation, and company SOPs.
  5. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
  6. Manage and develop warehouse & logistics teams; set KPIs and performance standards.
  7. Handle all delivery and operations matters related to customer inquiries.
