Operation Manager_SIN

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

 Proactively manage operational resources, maximize productivity, quality satisfaction, control

cost effective operational activities and safety throughout the Malaysia's business unit to

accomplish business objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

 Assist in the development of Malaysia's Business plans to ensure profitability and quality aligned to Company and business expectations

 Effectively manage profit & loss

 Plan, lead and encourage, develop and motivate operational resources by providing a clear understanding of business strategies and objectives

 Effectively communicate between senior management & employees & contract labour

employees to ensure profitability and quality aligned to Company and Malaysia's business

expectations

 Build relationships with internal customers, external customers, and supplier in order to

maximise business satisfaction and profitability
