Job Description

• Directing and
  monitoring day-to-day sales and business operations activities to meet
  operations goals, overall inventory accuracy adhering to targets and
  business targets given
• Forecast and plan in advance the timeline
  for all operational requirements and manpower needs to meet both
  business and operations objective
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
• To oversee all order returns and dispute management
• Providing
  leadership, direction and communication to warehouse operations
  personnel by working closely day to day on all operational task related
• Involved
  in human resource, finance, logistical and general administrative
  matters, recognizing any operational issues and provide solutions for
  implementation
