What you will be doing Manage operation team including scheduling, supervising and overseeing operations Coordinate with different departments (florists, dispatch, procurement, etc) internally for all operations matter to achieved desired results. Ensure QC on products (Bouqets,hampers,etc) going out To improve and manage the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Company's direction specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and planning. Provide regular reports on operational performance, sales and cost study to Management.
