Operation Manager

Our client is an established dry bulk operator with a strong presence in the Asian market. They are seeking a Dry Operations Manager to join their Hong Kong office, supporting an active and commercially driven platform.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational leadership position responsible for managing post-fixture activities across both Time Charter (TCT) and Voyage Charter business. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior operators, helping to build a strong and capable operations team.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end voyage operations for dry bulk vessels
Overseeing vessels under TCT and Voyage Charter arrangements
Preparing and reviewing laytime calculations and handling demurrage/despatch claims
Monitoring voyage performance, bunker consumption, and port efficiency
Ensuring charter party compliance and minimising operational risk exposure
