Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management: Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service. Monitor all departments, including kitchen, service, and bar, to maintain smooth coordination and high performance.
2. Staff Supervision and Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent service and maintain operational standards. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Customer Experience: Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Uphold and enhance the restaurant's reputation by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
