Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily nursery operations by making weekly schedule (rotation) including planting, watering, potting and stock arrangement.
• Lead and manage nursery workers, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct a roll call every morning.
• Ensure that information in WhatsApp group is always updated.
