Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Experience in WOG environment.
Able to follow and exercise IT administration processes in place.
Raise Service Request and ad-hoc reports.
Raise Service Request of WOG central services for Infrastructure related via ITSM.
Assist with IT Administration support that includes building/DC access clearance.
To assist with onboarding and/or offboarding of staff movement.
Advantageous if familiar with G50 security clearance process.
To assist with and maintain IT administration records, such as IT Inventory new, decom).
Raising of Service Requests, Tracking of SRs, assets and organizational activities.
 
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in managing WOG SR administration, asset management.
Strong communication & coordination skills and meticulous.
Proficient in Windows base operating system.
