The Operations Officer is responsible for supervising and monitoring daily field operations of security personnel, ensuring complete post coverage, discipline, and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulations set by the Philippine National Police (SOSIA). The role includes conducting inspections, coordinating with clients, handling incidents and investigations, supervising detachment commanders and guards, preparing operational reports, managing deployments and relievers, and ensuring all personnel maintain valid licenses and proper documentation.
