Job Description
Purpose: Ensuring that the manufacturing and engineering processes adhere to quality standards and regulations.
- To monitor and control the production process, ensuring that any defects or deviations are detected and corrected early
- To inspect the finished product to ensure it meets all quality specifications and standards
- Responsible for manufacturing quality assurance including in-process quality, semi-finished product quality, and outgoing product quality
- Lead a team of inspectors and supervisors to ensure incoming materials met internal and customer specifications and requirements
- Drive incoming quality assurance process improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
- Owner of Non-Conformities and Error Management Systems. Collaborate with Headquarters for any system upgrade or changes
