 :Trade Finance NCT Operator.

Responsibilities
Handle the day-to-day retain task Trade Finance procedure, to meet agreed customer service level agreements and review outstanding transactions.
Responsible for responding to ad-hoc issues or internal client queries on a timely basis, ensuring all communications have been responded accurate.
Identify, mitigate risks in the manual procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements.
Actively supports transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of the process.
Produce and Manage MIS, internal reports and statistics of department activities.
Skills
Degree in Economics would be suitable.
High level in English/Spanish communication and skilled at collaborating with divers...
