Qualifications:

• Technology/Engineering graduate
• Strong production leadership and shift management
• Skilled in process optimization, parameter setup, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Husky, Sacmi, or Moss machines is an advantage
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• SAP knowledge with production reporting and shift record management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee injection molding operations during the shift, ensuring proper machine setup and production compliance.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality and achieve production targets.
• Supervise shift personnel, conduct turnover meetings, and ensure proper task execution.
• Prepare and submit accurate shift production and SBMS reports on time.
