Operation Site Supervisor

JOB SCOPES :

• The supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty – Attendance, Roll call & etc.
• Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building & landscape – Maintain high quality service to be delivered at client's site – routine spot check.
• Reviewing work schedules – Grass cutting, waste disposal schedules & etc.
• Admin work – Preparing timesheet for workers advance & salary, completing claim forms & others.
• Reposition – Maintain good relationship with clients – routine visit with Headmasters/Teachers.
• Reporting – Update and report to Operation Executive (OE) on any issues arises, work closely with them on how to solve issues.
• Ordering of cleaning materials – Checking & collecting orders for monthly suppliers – deal directly with Purchasing Executive.
