Operation Specialist

The MY Operations Specialist oversees day-to-day operational activities across 3PL logistics, inventory management, SAP order-fulfilment processes, and demand–supply coordination. The role is execution-driven and requires strong cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational discipline during the company's growth phase.
Leveraging experience in logistics and inventory management, this position is expected to be highly results-oriented—proactively identifying risks, recommending practical solutions, and leading small-scale improvement initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency.
