Operation Specialist

• Plan, organize, and control daily printing operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Ensure all printed products meet customer and company quality standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for defects and rework.
• Monitor production output versus plan through daily updates.
• Track defect and rework rates with weekly monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor on-time delivery performance with two-day advance tracking for early results.
• Monitor machine downtime daily to eliminate production delays.
• Calculate material usage and rejection waste.
• Perform other tasks as required by the immediate head.
