Compensation

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Onboarding
o Conduct Basic Housekeeping and Proper Equipment Use training sessions for new hires
o Deliver refresher trainings to reinforce operational standards and employee skill sets
o Assist in the implementation of the 8-hour Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Mandatory Training for employees
2. Site Audits and Validation
o Perform routine site visits to audit:
o Compliance with training guidelines, safety practices, and job responsibilities
o Align team performance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
