Operation specialist

Job Descriptions and Duties:

• Manage daily warehouse operation, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory movement and dispatch
• Monitor the arrangement, storage and rotation of warehouse inventory to optimise space and accuracy
• Facilitate regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational needs and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, guide and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity, quality and accuracy targets
• Train warehouse staff on warehouse processes, equipment operation and safety procedures
• Ensure the safe operation of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material‑handling tools
