Operation Sputter Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to achieve higher capacity. 
• Adjust the sputtering parameter to maintain high-quality output and minimizing defects. 
• After Machine PM & changed material, perform conditioning to achieve guzik and start Mass production ASAP. 
• Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition. 
• Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials and reducing waste. 
• Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues. 
• Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
• Base on data analysis, make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality. 
• Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results...
