Operation Supervisor

The BOSH Supervisor will support the BOSH Team and by extension our Customers via offering real-time support and development to the BOSH Team. In addition to supporting the BOSH Team, the Supervisor will interface with other departments, such as Customer Service, Verifications, FIS and EFG.

**In the Role**

+ Effectively supervise the BOSH team
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Spreadsheets) - SQL competency strongly preferred
+ Strong planning and efficient follow up
+ Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible
+ Appropriately communicate with leadership and stakeholders
+ Conduct monthly development plans and deliver detailed feedback conversations for performance improvement.
+ Daily and monthly review of team member metrics and stats.
