Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor will oversee day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, timely execution of tasks, and high‑quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in freight forwarding operations, and the ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and ensure compliance with freight forwarding procedures.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team while fostering a productive work environment.
• Handle staff concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolutions.
