Operation Supervisor / Operation Exec / Warehouse Operation (East / 5 days)

Duties

• New Joiners Management - Coordinate monthly onboarding activities
• Monitor daily attendance - Ensure the employees update their attendance via the internal system, activate overtime as and when needed, and approve the employees' leave applications
• Manpower arrangement to ensure smooth operations (Ensure sufficient manpower to support if the tasks cannot be completed on time)
• Manage and report any incidents that occur during work, training, or other activities.
• Coordinate with the Safety Team to disseminate safety information and ensure acknowledgment/sign-off.
• Plan and manage refresher training for employees to ensure it is in line with the Customer's requirements
