Job Description:
To supervise the effective and efficient delivery of hotel products and services in accordance with guest expectations and established standards and procedures.
Functional / Technical Competencies:
Maintaining Guest Relations
Providing Accommodation Reception Service
Performing Housekeeping Services
Providing Food and Beverage
Monitoring Asset Repairs and Maintenance Minimum
Job Specifications:
