Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the loan operations team to achieve quality, productivity, and compliance goals.
• Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, from application processing and document preparation to loan servicing and disbursement.
• Ensure that all loan processes and activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, and perform audits to confirm that procedures are effective.
• Review and enhance how work is done, implementing steps that simplify and improve the efficiency of processes.
• Serve as the main contact between loan operations and other teams like underwriting, legal, and accounting to help solve problems and keep things running smoothly.
• Create reports for managers and other stakeholders, monitor important numbers, and point out where things can get better.
