Operation Supervisor

• Supervise daily logistics and yard operations, including receiving, storage, pick up, and dispatch
• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to meet customer and business requirements
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and labor utilization to achieve operational targets
• Lead, train, and motivate operations staff, including shift planning and performance monitoring
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation (inventory, shipments, KPIs)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as planning, customer service, procurement, and finance
• Handle escalations related to delays, damages, shortages, or customer complaints
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
