MANSION ONE SUITES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel located on the picturesque Penang Island in Penang. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our hotel, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of front office, housekeeping, and other hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures
2. Monitoring and managing hotel occupancy, room availability, and guest reservations
3. Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
