Job Description
- Ensure timely deliveries and pickups through AM & PM dispatchers
- Route planning for best route optimization in respect of fuel efficiency and on time pickups / deliveries. Ensure provision of support on overloaded routes from underutilized routes and arrange contingency in case of any couriers absence, route closure etc.
- Follow up with admin to keep operation fleet maintained with complete necessary documents e.g. reg. books, route permits, excise tokens, fitness, Courier valid licenses etc.
- Daily Cage reconciliation and follow up with concern teams for early resolution on pending shipments. Cage management of destroy shipments for 90 days and hand over to security.
- Reconciliation of actual picked shipments against aligned pickups and proper scanning, Astra labeling, pouching, export documents, account verification etc.
