Operation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision

• Monitor daily construction activities.

• Ensure work follows drawings, method statements, and specifications.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and workers.

• Track work progress against the schedule.

2. Safety Management

• Enforce compliance with safety rules and risk assessments.

• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

• Ensure proper use of PPE.

• Report and investigate incidents or near misses.

3. Quality Control

• Inspect workmanship and materials.

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.

• Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) if needed.

• Coordinate inspections with consultants/clients.
