Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations
• Plan manpower deployment, prepare weekly schedules, and coordinate cleaners
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients on operational matters, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new cleaners.
• Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are ordered, distributed, and properly maintained.
• Handle operational documentation such as job sheets, timesheets, and incident reports.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager or Director to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
• Able to operate cleaning machinery and hands on with cleaning.
• Able to attend to weekend shifts when required.
• Assist in any other operational needs whenever required
