Job Role

• Assist in daily operations
• Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen are properly maintained and clean
• Oversee food preparations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliance
• Regularly check with customers to gather feedback
• Resolve conflicts in a professional manner

Job Requirements

• Experience in F&B
• Able to resolve minor conflicts if needed
• Good command of English and team management skills
• Able to monitor inventories for the restaurant and ensure stock levels are aligned with sales
• Team player with a good attitude
