Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing outsource transport resources to support ICCL's shipment operations. The position ensures shipment arrangements are well-coordinated, timely, and aligned with operational requirements through effective collaboration with external transport partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange outsource truck services to support shipment requirements
• Liaise with external transporters to confirm availability, scheduling, and operational details
• Ensure shipment arrangements are executed smoothly and in accordance with operational needs
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status, addressing delays or operational issues when necessary
• Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service) to align shipment planning
