Operation Team Leader

Company :

To assist Supervisor in ensuring operation are meetings customer, company and regulatiry requirements.

To guide team members on how to run processes, use tools and jigs.

To lead improvement action activities.

To understand and handle abnormalities during operation.

To instruct and make sure operation members understand all quality requirements.

To maintain 5S always in place in operation.

To comply company rules and regulations and report for any abnormalities.

To perform any task, provided by supervisor from time to time.

To ensure operation always in safety mode with complete PPE.

Able to work in shift.
