This is a high-visibility role focused on raising execution discipline across hubs and delivering measurable performance improvements nationwide.

What you’ll drive

• Own regional KPIs: SLA, CPP, productivity, backlog aging, loss rate, fleet utilization
• Lead weekly/monthly deep dives and corrective action tracking
• Stabilize high-risk hubs and strengthen on-ground execution
• Align Fleet, Finance, HR, Security, and IT toward operational goals
• Roll out SOPs and best practices across sorting, dispatch, delivery, and returns

Who we’re looking for

• 1–3 years experience in Philippine logistics or last-mile operations
• Strong data-driven and root cause mindset
