About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Purchase‑to‑Pay cycle with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations under established procurement processes & governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to translate needs into effective purchasing actions.
• Handle supplier performance and resolve service or quality complaints through QNS & RCM.
• Execute sourcing decisions and ensure alignment with global/regional category managers.
• Maintain accurate purchase data (PIR, outline agreements, SL, master data).
• Support operational KPIs, MIS reporting, and audit documentation.
• Track POs, order acknowledgments, and manage purchasing documentation.
